What You’ll Be Doing
Full 360 recruitment role, focusing on tech or financial services markets.
Business development and client acquisition to build your own desk.
Once you hit your target, you’ll have the opportunity to hire delivery consultants to support your growth.
Freedom to pursue clients and markets without account restrictions—the business encourages independent growth.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the technology or financial services sectors.
Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary & Commission Structure
Base salary up to £60k (depending on experience).
Uncapped commission structure:
£0–£20k monthly billings = 20% commission
£20k–£40k monthly billings = 30% commission
£40k+ monthly billings = 40% commission
Commission is paid monthly, and there’s no threshold!
