The Role
You’ll be stepping into a hot, high-value desk with live jobs waiting (up to 400 roles to fill!) and a dedicated team of researchers feeding you quality candidates. No endless cold calling, no outdated KPIs — this is true headhunting with real client demand.
Your focus? Candidate and client management. Build relationships with senior partners, match elite talent to market-leading firms, and deliver results that will see you earning £100k+ in year one.
The dedicated research team supply candidates – the clients are existing – so your role is to take the motivate candidates from the research team and place them into your client base. The business is set up to remove the admin from you, you can focus on the candidate management through interview and selection processes.

Base salary up to £35k
Uncapped commission (25% of billings over threshold) – earn big, fast
