What You'll Do

  • Run your own desk with full autonomy – no cut-offs, no territories.

  • Bring in new business, spec candidates, and shape your market.

  • Choose your niche or help us expand into new ones (finance, tech, engineering, health, anyone?).

  • Collaborate with a high-performing, supportive team – no ego, just impact.

  • Scale a team or build a division – we’ll back you all the way.

Who You Are

  • A recruitment consultant with 1+ years’ experience, ideally in professional services, healthcare, engineering, health or finance.
