The Role – What You’ll Do

Hit the ground running as a Recruitment Consultant in our bustling London office:

  • Master sales, negotiation & communication: With real responsibility from day one.

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment: From identifying talent, sourcing, and screening candidates, to closing offers and onboarding top performers.

  • Become an expert in niche tech markets: Who do you knock on when you want Salesforce whizzes, Data & AI gurus, or Cloud/Infra specialists?

  • Build relationships with blue-chip clients: Like Atos, Deloitte, Capgemini, PwC, T-Mobile, Vodafone, collaborate and partner with trusted brands on ambitious hiring mandates.

  • Cultivate community impact: Support initiatives such as Next Tech Girls and talent-nurturing events.

Experience required?

The ideals would be 2+ years within a professional services sector of recruitment.

Think (tech, finance, engineering, sciences).

Although for the right person this can flex, some experience in recruitment (360) is preferred.

Without recruitment experience you would have to demonstrate sales exposure, stable career/working history to date and good reasoning for migrating into recruitment.
