Senior Recruitment Consultant – Global Executive Search
Location: Berkhamsted (UK office, international travel included)
Salary: £35,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission
Commission Structure: 20%-25% on revenue

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead pure headhunting connecting passive candidates with senior, sales, technical, and C‑Suite roles in retail tech.
Work on retained agreements, freeing you from cold-calling churning role, clients rely on you for deep consultative partnership.
Travel internationally, attending industry events and meeting key stakeholders across USA, UK, EU, APAC.
Build and grow client accounts from day one while leveraging a strong research support team.
Hit and exceed KPIs, with real opportunity to manage a team and own new markets
Who We’re Looking For
At least 4 years of 360° recruitment experience (retained or contingency), ideally in professional services Perm recruitment. (white collar).
Ambitious, driven, hungry, excited by mission-critical, senior-level search and client interaction.
Proven track record
Strong sales acumen and the ability to flourish with consultative, client-centric approaches.
What You’ll Get
