Senior Recruitment Consultant – Global Executive Search

 

Location: Berkhamsted (UK office, international travel included)
Salary: £35,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission
Commission Structure: 20%-25% on revenue

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead pure headhunting connecting passive candidates with senior, sales, technical, and C‑Suite roles in retail tech.

  • Work on retained agreements, freeing you from cold-calling churning role, clients rely on you for deep consultative partnership.

  • Travel internationally, attending industry events and meeting key stakeholders across USA, UK, EU, APAC.

  • Build and grow client accounts from day one while leveraging a strong research support team.

  • Hit and exceed KPIs, with real opportunity to manage a team and own new markets

Who We’re Looking For

  • At least 4 years of 360° recruitment experience (retained or contingency), ideally in professional services Perm recruitment. (white collar).

  • Ambitious, driven, hungry, excited by mission-critical, senior-level search and client interaction.

  • Proven track record

  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to flourish with consultative, client-centric approaches.
