Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission (Up to 40%)
Hours: 9:00–5:30 Mon–Thurs | Early Finish Fridays

What You’ll Be Doing
Candidate-side focused 270 role – no cold BD from day one
Sourcing & engaging top GTM (Sales, SDRs, AEs, Marketing, CS) talent for global tech start-ups
Creating smart Boolean searches, building killer pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter
Working directly with the founder – absorbing years of market knowledge and deal-closing finesse
Delivering on live roles with strong client relationships and low drop-outs
Eventually growing into a team lead or full 360 billing consultant if desired

1 year+ in perm, white-collar recruitment (any sector) (ideally sales)
Commercially sharp, with a desire to be the best
Based near Watford and up for learning directly from the founder
Coachable, driven, curious – someone who wants to build something, not just fill jobs
Ready to leave behind the KPIs, red tape and office politics and step into real, strategic delivery
