THE OPPORTUNITY

Have the freedom and autonomy to run your desk your way. No restrictions on geography or client base.

You can dual desk and operate in partnership with other consultants or simply fly solo.

There is a team of more junior consultants that you step up to manage (if that is the route you wish to progress your career), or, if you prefer to be an individual contributor that is also fine.

There is a wide client base and requirements to work from day 1 and piggyback off to build out your own new business and client accounts.

With a strong offering in package (salary, car allowance and comms structure) your earnings would be of the highest around for any engineering-based agency.

You would not be managed over KPI’s and calls and meeting - all about end results and business growth.

Reporting directly into the owner, decisions are fast (no red tape), you can react and deal quickly.

THE BENEFITS

Basic salary - Up to £45,000

ABOUT YOU

2+ Years engineering (or close market) recruitment experience is essential, 360 or sales.

Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.

A desire to grow!
