Job Title: Director of Technology Recruitment

Location: Hemel Hempstead, UK (Remote options available)

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses

Role Overview:

As the Director of Technology Recruitment, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our client base, focusing on both contract and permanent placements within the technology sector. Being part of the most lucrative revenue stream within the business group and using the service delivery teams you will be able to develop large scale business relationships rather than simply 1’s and 2’s. Develop team verticals and push toward the MD role. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional adept at full-cycle recruitment and business development. You will lead a team of Associate Directors, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, and collaborate closely with our service delivery teams to ensure client needs are met with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the technology sector, targeting medium to large organizations.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Associate Directors, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.

  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets, with a particular emphasis on the USA and DACH regions.

  • Service Delivery Coordination: Work in tandem with service delivery teams to ensure seamless fulfilment of client requirements.

  • Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
