 THE OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity to enter the team as a trainee recruitment consultant and benefit from their in-depth training plans and processes to learn and understand how to actively headhunt candidates, actively source and service new clients and everything around this process.

You would join the business and learn everything about recruitment, the processes, the buzz words and how to be the best 360 recruitment consultant you can be.

The training and development you will receive will put you on the path to become a successful recruitment consultant with true and clear progressional pathways through to management/senior leadership roles.

 

 THE BENEFITS

£25,000 basic salary (DOE)

+ Commission structure (Up to 40%)

25 days holidays + BHs.

ABOUT YOU

Whether you are a recent graduate OR have longevity in your role with proven progression throughout this role (2+ years commercial exposure).

Must have clear and concise communication skills, a TRUE motivation and drive to want to succeed and be a team player.

Attitude and personality is KEY – Self motivated, good time management, a ‘get up and go’ attitude.
