THE OPPORTUNITY

A chance to join this growing fin-tech recruitment agency covering a PURE contract market across the UK as a HOMEBASED recruitment consultant.

Working with some large global financial institutions, you will have access to legacy clients so you are able to hit the ground running and start to generate revenue from day one – (with people in the team generating £250k/£300k per/year upwards)

The expectation being you engage with the clients, build on the already existing relationship and expand your market share within the businesses to gain more and future requirements in similar or new areas.

With a solid growth plan in full swing, the team are currently sitting at 10 heads with the view of doubling this in the next year and big plans for the next 5 years for all in the business.

 

THE BENEFITS

Basic salary - Up to £40,000

+ Comms structure

ABOUT YOU

1+ Years recruitment agency experience is essential. Tech experience is ideal, but will consider other sectors.

Experience in a contract market would also be ideal.
