THE OPPORTUNITY

To join as part of the SLT.

The business is pushing to grow and in need of a senior (pillar) to build around alongside the directors.

You would be integral to the growth plans. Adding the support and grounding structure to the business.

Starting with revenue generation and leading into the hiring and development of new team members.

You will also have the chance to gain a slice of pie and join the owners within other business interests within property and development.

(An opportunity not only to earn very well, but have a real career growth pathway and outside financial interests).

Substantial client relationships in place your role would also be to dive into these client accounts alongside generation of new business.

Basic salary - Up to £50,000

+ Comms structure (up to 25%) of everything!

ABOUT YOU

2+ Years recruitment agency experience is essential (as a 360). White collar built environment experience required.
