​THE AGENCY

With a history providing contract and permanent staffing solutions within the Insurance/Pensions, Public Sector, Banking, Retail and Legal sectors, an SME business with a plan to grow.

A keen eye on service and long-term client relationships. Diving into client relationships over time, growing large accounts with a wave of requirements to work.

Assisting business within the core markets hiring positions spanning from:

Business change, compliance, SAP, actuarial, broking, IT, business intelligence, commercial, data, and more....

Plan to expand the business into new markets and deeper open up the cores sectors.

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

The chance to join the business in a full 360 role. Working across existing client accounts and generating new opportunities and business relationships nationally.

You have free reign to plan a strategy of growth within your expertise (your desired field) using exiting client’s relationships and your new business skills to gain your roles to work.

Having support to fill vacancies, or full yourself, the commission structure is simple and fair to split across those generating new business roles and those filling them.

You therefore can spend your time with client growth/sales and new business – or performing the full 360 remit.

You will have the ability and flexibility to work from home with a mature outlook on the working day and hours.

 

THE BENEFITS

Salary - up to £35k

Commission structure (20%)

Fully remote working

ABOUT YOU

Experience within recruitment is essential. Full 360 recruitment experience. You must be able to generate new relationships.

Experience within Insurance, IT, Technology or other like industries is essential.

Attitude is key – being motivated and driven with your work to achieve the best possible results.

Efficient with time management, communication and the day-to-day handling of recruitment processes.
