THE OPPORTUNITY

Joining the team as a Labour Manager, supplying blue collar construction workers to large local projects (such as Sizewell Power Station) and other local sites/locations across the whole of East Anglia.

A vast majority of work will be through pre-existing framework partnerships, but there will be elements of new business development required in the role, to grow out clients and the region.

You will be in constant communication with clients (understanding their needs, requirements, trouble shooting) and managing labour (trouble shooting, fire-fighting, site visits, PPE handling etc).

There are clear pathways to progress from this role – grow the region out, bring in resource functions underneath you to manage requirements and move forward in your career.

You can grow into regional head with labour managers beneath you.

 

THE BENEFITS

Salary up to £46,000

(£40k base + £6k car allowance)

+ Commission plan (% on all revenue)

ABOUT YOU

2+ year(s) experience blue-collar recruitment within an agency.

Blue collar construction experience is essential for this role.
