An international defence company operating across numerous countries (UK, Europe, Africa, Australasia and North America).
Providing life technical and engineering support for customers, improving performance and delivering critical services to defence and civil customers.
A business that designs and manufactures a range of defence and civil specialist equipment and providing integrated, technology enabled solutions to customers in areas like air defence, secure communications and electronic warfare.
Meeting customers key requirements such as availability, affordability, and capability all through deliverance of front line and equipment support, training, product design, manufacturing, integration of these products.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join the business as the Regional Talent Manager (Director) working alongside this well renowned client on the Devonport Dockyards.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the team against the contract and being the top level of stakeholder management representing the business.
Being the face of the relationship – tasked with managing communications, relationship growth, demand planning, growth planning and firefighting any issues that may arise.
You would be the main point of contact for the client; aiding their hiring plans and how they can best grow and develop.
Working (hybrid) on-site will be key to keeping the strong relationship and being able to handle all and any issues that may arise and making sure these are dealt with efficiently.

£90,000 OTE

ABOUT YOU
Recruitment experience is essential (4+ years). Ideally within engineering or defence industries, but open to other industries.
Open to in-house and agency recruiters (DOE). Having good experience of client relationships is absolutely key for this role.
Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focussed.
A want to succeed and a work smart, proactive outlook.
