THE OPPORTUNITY
To join one of the UK’s biggest brands for recruitment support as a recruitment consultant (PURE delivery – NO SALES) working on a large scale project actively headhunting candidates within the legal sector.
Recruiting across large campaigns throughout the year, using numerous headhunting techniques to source the best candidates, handling screening calls and candidate prep.
Outside of hiring windows the clients, you would be talent pipelining and ensuring your candidates are fully prepared for the next hiring window.

THE BENEFITS
Basic salary – Up to £32,000 (DOE)
OTE - £38,000 to £45,000
+ Comms structure
Hybrid working (3 days WFH)

ABOUT YOU
1+ Years recruitment experience is essential, ideally with legal sector experience (will consider other industries).
Active headhunting skills and experience is KEY – Must have a proven track record of sourcing and engaging with relevant talent.
Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
A desire to grow within a global business.
