THE OPPORTUNITY
Join this ever growing business to recruit across executive search in the energy sector across some of the large client contracts already in place.
There is currently a MASS influx of business requirements that need servicing, so you can enter the team and hit the ground running from DAY 1.
The scale of the projects working can be some 80 vacancies (retained) large. Global recruitment at a senior level.
A secure and stable market with clear career growth pathways, strong earning potentials (with AIVs - £55k) and a long-term future plan for everyone to be successful.

Up to £35,000 basic salary

ABOUT YOU
2+ years recruitment agency experience is essential.
Must be university educated with a degree (in any field).
Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
A desire to grow within a business.
