THE OPPORTUNITY

To join the business as a team leader on the UK team within the Tech market for PERM recruitment overseeing a planned growth team.

You will be handling all management responsibilities such as daily catchups, answering any questions from consultants, client meetings and helping to build the team out.

All the while, still actively running your own desk, actively billing and bringing on new businesses to source for.

If you have the desire to move into a leadership/management piece this is the opportunity to transition into this role with the future expectation of moving away from billing and into pure management.

ABOUT YOU

Previous recruitment experience is essential. (2+ years)

Desire to lead and manage a team and stepping away from a billing role.

Ability to listen, understand and be curious about your market.

A desire to bed yourself within the sector and want to succeed.

Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.

A desire to grow within a business.
