THE OPPORTUNITY
The chance to join an established recruitment agency covering the Education market.
A career in education recruitment can be both rewarding financially and emotionally as you assist local community schools and education facilities in securing passionate and dedicated teaching staff. You also build long term relationships with education professionals as you are integral to their own career journeys.
This role will hold many progression opportunities into full recruitment consultant levels. The rewards financially in recruitment can be massive. It is not uncommon for established and experienced recruiters to be earning in excess of £100k per annum.
Education is a sector within recruitment that is stable, secure and forever lasting.
Starting as a resourcer you will be responsible for candidate generation and registrations.
This role will be covering social media channels, telephone activity and meeting people, including administrative duties.
THE BENEFITS
Up to £25,000 basic salary.
+ commission (£70-£700 per/month). = Up to = £8,400 per/annum
25 days holiday +BH.
Half day working (4 hours) in the school holiday seasons (13 weeks per year).
During term time (hours) 7.30 – 4.30.

ABOUT YOU
You will have previous recruitment experience - as either a consultant or resourcer (delivery side).
Education recruitment would be ideal, but open to different industries.
