THE OPPORTUNITY

To join the business as a managing consultant/billing manager specialising in the PERM engineering market.

You will be overseeing a junior team leading by example – training, developing, hand holding, supporting on business development and more.

As a billing manager you will still be expected to run and develop your own desk by going out and winning new business to service whilst maintaining the pre-existing relationships with legacy clients.

If you have the desire to move into a leadership/management role this is the opportunity for you.

ABOUT YOU

Previous recruitment experience (recruiter, senior recruiter and higher) across PERM engineering is essential. (2+ years)

Desire to lead, manage and grow a team.

Ability to listen, understand and be curious about your market.

A desire to bed yourself within the sector and want to succeed.

Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.

A desire to grow within a business.
