THE OPPORTUNITY
Joining the business in a leadership position. Looking after a team of billing consultants as well as hiring new members to increase team headcount.
Helping to develop and assist those who are new to recruitment as well as experienced consultants with their next career steps and increased revenue growth.
Depending on your level of management exposure you could be a senior consultant looking for their next step, taking advantage of all the management training and assistance to move up the ladder, or you are maybe an existing manager looking to move into a non-billing leadership position.
Currenlty sat at a team of 8 with ambitions for substantial growth across 2023 and beyond.
THE BENEFITS
£55,000 basic salary (DOE)
£5,000 car allowance
£80-£100k OTE

ABOUT YOU
3 years+ recruitment experience. (Technical & Engineering sector).
You maybe a senior level consultant looking for your next step, or, an existing manager after a new challenge/opportunity.
Attitude is key, be motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about progressing in recruitment.
