THE OPPORTUNITY
NON billing management opportunity.
Leading an office team of 6 with budget to grow further.
Your role is to:
Mentor, develop, coach – be a real leader of people. Developing consultants that are new to recruitment as well as taking experienced recruiters onto the next level for them.
Take charge of the immediate hiring, to both support the existing team and grow with new hires under you.
You can of course generate revenue if you like that part of the role, but you wont be targeted on personal revenue generation – it is all about team support and team growth.
THE BENEFITS
£50,000 basic salary (DOE)
£4,400 car allowance
£80-£100k OTE
+ Guaranteed comms

ABOUT YOU
3 years+ recruitment experience. (IT/Tech specific).
3 years+ sales management (with a little recruitment knowledge would also be fine)
You maybe a senior level consultant looking for your next step, or, an existing manager after a new challenge/opportunity.
You may have led sales teams before you got into recruitment and want a management opportunity, this could be it.
Attitude is key, be motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about progressing in recruitment.
