THE OPPORTUNITY

An incredible opportunity to join the business within a specialist niche industry as a NON-BILLING Recruitment Director.

Tasked with supporting the existing consultants by coaching, training, and developing to further their knowledge. As well as training and developing new starters in the company.

Also involved with the internal hiring in the business looking to grow the business from 7 heads to 30 heads over the next couple of years.

You will also be a key part in management, strategic direction of the division and steering the business in the right direction allowing growth and expansion.

The ideal role for someone looking to step up into a director level role or move across into a business that can offer you the next step in your career.

THE BENEFITS

Up to £52,000 (DOE)

Enhanced pension contributions.

Team bonus 3%. (Currently sitting at £40k - £1.3m GP in current team size)

ABOUT YOU

3+ Years recruitment experience overseeing/managing 2+ consultants.

Experience in training & development of consultants.

Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.

A desire to grow within a business.​
