THE OPPORTUNITY
Join the business as a Recruitment Delivery Manager within the Manufacturing and FMCG Engineering sectors. Pure candidate delivery, NO new business.
Take ownership of selecting and hiring your own team of Delivery Consultants, with budgeted growth up to 8 consultants.
Prioritise the development and maintenance of client relationships by securing repeat business and uphold the highest level of service.
Client business comes from a wide range of SME and corporate companies across the UK and EU.
Bed yourself within the welcoming, supportive team, and take advantage of structures and dedicated training plans to ensure you stay ahead of the recruitment trends.
With huge growth plans across new office locations, you will have an achievable pathway to management and directorship.

2+ years’ experience within recruitment serving client needs and delivering into these (delivery or 360 or internal).
Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focussed.
