THE OPPORTUNITY
To join a brand-new office in the Hertfordshire area recruiting across all primary, secondary and SEN markets as either a:
Recruitment consultant
OR
Team Leader.
As a consultant you would be covering all the above markets recruiting across the Hertfordshire area.
Tasked with going out, winning new business, and fulfilling requirements with those clients.
As a new branch, you have the chance to be a part of something that has true growth and transformation plans and make a mark on the business.
As a team leader you would be overseeing the consultants in the office, aiding them with the day to day recruitment needs, assisting in business development whilst still actively billing and fulfilling all expectations on your own desk.
Partner with the team to take advantage of experience, training, support, development, progression opportunities and high earning potentials.
THE BENEFITS
Recruitment Consultant: Up to £35,000 (DOE).
Team Leader: Up to £42,000 (DOE)
Commission plan
Weekly and termly incentives
Holiday trips
Work from home flexibility available.
Reduced working hours during school holidays
(7am-4:30pm during term time, 8am-3pm during school holidays).
ABOUT YOU
Previous education recruitment experience is essential for the team lead position.
However, different sector experience (within recruitment) would be considered for the recruitment consultant role (1+ years).
Money motivated and driven to earn as much as possible in a very lucrative market.
Attitude is the key requirement - being motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
A desire to grow within a business, progress your career and achieve high earnings.
