THE BENEFITS
£20,000 - £35,000 – basic salary (negotiable higher DOE)
15% - 20% commission – NO threshold
+ commission guarantee for experience education recruiters leaving a desk behind.
35 days holiday + Bank Holidays
4 day working week during school holidays. (reduced hours)
ABOUT YOU
You will have recruitment experience and be successful in your current position operating a full 360 role.
Education recruitment experience is of course desirable, but other market experience is fine.
Drive and ambition are key.
You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.
