THE OPPORTUNITY

To work closely with the senior leadership team in a key account recruitment role.
A national account management role across 5 key accounts providing a wash of management level positions to source for.
Continue the contact and communication with sites across the country, digging deeper into the business accounts and ensure all avenues of supply are looked after.
This role is not 360 – more true account management – sourcing and delivering on existing requirements as well as building and growing account relationships.
Have the opportunity to work in a Hybrid function with 1+ days a week in the office.

THE BENEFITS

£30,000 (basic salary DOE)
+ Commission (£45k OTE year 1 - £65k OTE year 2)

ABOUT YOU

2+ Years (PERM) recruitment experience is essential.
Ideally within a professional PERM market (technical/engineering etc).
You will be able to hold good stakeholder relationships and want a role that is account management (relationship oriented – NOT hard sales).
Experience in working from home would be desired.
A recruiter with some success behind you – looking for a role with more flexibility and a fresh outlook to work/life.
