We do not work with restrictions in place – you can secure and source business into any specialist tech area that works for you.
Our mission is to go global – expand into new tech niches and geographical locations.
Our UK team work fully remote, however we have offices in Europe and the HQ in Malta can be used for 2-weeks per/year (travel and accommodation paid for).
THE OPPORTUNITY
Take on a few positions/roles to get you started and get you billing swiftly.
However, the role is to develop your client base across the UK and/or Europe and/or the USA.
You will build your own business, fully supported – but, with zero micromanagement or KPI management.
Grown up recruitment for people who know what they are doing and wish to be left to it.
Expansion/Hiring plans for 2024 would mean resourcers for you very swiftly – you can manage if you wish or be a lone wolf.
THE BENEFITS
Basic salary - £30,000 - £40,000.
+ Commission from 10%-25% of all revenue
(bill £10k per/m – earn £2,500 in commission).
(bill £20k per/m – earn £5,000 in commission).
+ Fully remote working (anywhere).
+ Paid travel and accommodation (if you wish to work from Malta for 2x weeks per/year).
+ Regus membership passes (if you wish to use it).
+ Trips, meetups and events (fully paid for, travel and accommodation).
+ Early finish Fridays.
ABOUT YOU
2 year+ IT/Tech recruitment experience, full 360 role (demonstrable client wins and revenue £130k+ per/annum)
Attitude is key, motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about progression.
