With a strong delivery team of offshore resourcers and an operations team supporting contractor care, we’re now focused on growing our client acquisition function to expand our footprint in financial services and technology markets.

This is a period of growth, with senior sales leaders driving major accounts, while new junior hires will play a pivotal role in mapping, engaging, and opening new opportunities.

The Role

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for prospecting and opening doors for the senior sales team, learning the ropes of client acquisition, and developing into a full client-facing recruitment consultant.

  • Client Mapping - Research and identify stakeholders in financial services, banking, and insurance firms who hire tech contractors.

  • Prospecting - Build target lists, reach out to potential clients, and introduce our services.

  • Appointment Setting - Book meetings for the senior sales team and join these sessions to learn firsthand how to pitch and close.

  • Learning & Development - Over time, you’ll progress from supporting and observing to leading meetings independently, developing into a full sales consultant.

  • Collaboration - Work alongside a high-performing senior sales team while supported by a delivery team that manages candidate sourcing and process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone with experience in recruitment (delivery/resourcing background in IT/Tech is ideal).

  • A good understanding of how recruitment works (contract or permanent).

  • Ambition to move into a client-facing sales role.

  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn directly from senior high-billers (average £600k–£750k per year, with top billers around £2m).

Package & Progression

  • Basic Salary: up to £30,000

  • Commission: per deal booked and converted

  • Career Path: Clear route into a full sales consultant role, with earnings growing significantly as you take ownership of clients and deals.

  • Exposure: Learn directly from senior consultants billing £600k–£2m annually.

  • Average Deals: Placements range from single contract hires to projects requiring multiple contractor hires.
