In just over two years they have grown into one of the most exciting names in the Data & AI recruitment space hosting sell-out community events with Google, Deliveroo and Spotify, building mentoring programmes for women in data, and partnering with clients like Tesco, Monzo, Wise, and Sainsbury’s.
The founder has scaled recruitment businesses before (taking 5 recruiters to a £35m turnover operation across London, New York, Singapore & Cape Town).
This time, having a razor-sharp focus on Data, AI and the modern data stack.
A rocket-ship journey: already at £1m revenue there second full year, with plans to double headcount in 2025. Now looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join and take warm desks in Data Science, Analytics Engineering, AI, and Data Engineering to the next level.

What You’ll Do
Build and grow a 360-recruitment desk in one of our core specialist markets.
Work with cutting-edge clients in FinTech, retail, and product-led businesses where data is king.
Leverage our events, podcasts and community-led approach to engage the best talent in the market.
Deliver quality, consultative recruitment, we pride ourselves on doing things properly.
What We’re Looking For
Hungry & switched-on: Whether you’re early in your career or already billing, you’ve got drive.
Curious about tech: You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you can get your head around complex Data & AI roles.
Relationship builder: More than a CV-pusher, you thrive on consultative conversations and credibility.

The Package
Salary: £27k–£40k (DOE and track record)
Commission: Up to 35%, no threshold
Incentives: Ibiza trips, quarterly socials (F1 Arcade, Flight Club, lunch clubs), pub Fridays
Progression: Grow your desk and team, equity opportunities in the future
Training & Development: Hands-on coaching from the Founder and senior leaders
Hours: 8.30–5.30 (Friday finish 4pm) with flexibility when needed
