THE OPPORTUNITY
Joining the team as a consultant providing clinical insourcing services for doctors off all seniority.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone to come into the company to build and run their own desk/team on the doctors side of the business, working remotely should you choose.
Insourcing services provide ‘you’ as the consultant the opportunity to ‘bill’ far higher numbers as the rewards are massive compared to standard agency recruitment.
(for example a £10k per/week ‘agency’ would look more like a £50k per/week ‘insourcing’ desk).
Tasked with sourcing and servicing brand new business to the desk and managing their full remit of requirements.
Actively headhunting and sourcing candidates from various channels such as Networking, Linkedin etc.
Earning opportunities and bonus structures are extremely competitive across the business.

Personal commission (up to 20%)

ABOUT YOU
2+ years healthcare recruitment consultant (doctors) experience is essential.
Experience of sourcing candidates and new business development.
Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
A desire to grow within a business.
