This agency provide recruitment requirements to the transport industry and are looking for a new consultant to join the team! You must have experience in driving recruitment.

The Role

• Operating a 360 recruitment desk

• Business development including sales calls, client meetings and site visits

• Resourcing candidates

• Matching candidates to specific job roles

• Hit targets

The Benefits

• £22,000 to £30,000 (DOE)

• Commission (Earn off existing clients)

The Candidate

• Driving recruitment experience

• You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build

• Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.

• Business development is essential

• Ability to build relationships with clients and maintain these

• Ability to match candidates to job specifications

• Exceptional communication skills

• Full UK driving license is essential
