THE OPPORTUNITY

DIRECTOR level opportunity.

An opportunity to run your own business, as part of a group, holding shares at a director level (on companies house).

Director = COMPANY SHARES, EQUITY IN THE BUSINESS, CREATING SELF WEALTH AND ANNUAL DIVIDENDS

EXAMPLE:

Assuming 40% Margin drops down as profit before tax & the business makes £450k profit per/annum.

Assuming EBITDA = PBT + 10% and the valuation multiple is 6.5x EBITDA, the business would have an enterprise value of £3.2m

As a director you would be earning Annual dividends = £30,000.

PLUS a wealth share of £800,000.

Up to £60,000 basic salary (DOE).

Commission Structure (15%-20% on personal billings).

ABOUT YOU

In depth experience of the education recruitment market is essential.

4+ years education recruitment experience.

A desire to build something you can call your own.
