My client are industry specialists in recruiting for property and construction consultancy jobs in the South West. They are now looking to continue their growth with the hire of three consultants for their Exeter office. I'm looking to speak with candidates in construction in the following specialisms.

Social Housing Maintenance
Trades & Labour
Facilities Management
Architecture
Surveying

The Role

• Operating a 360 recruitment desk

• Business development including sales calls, client meetings and site visits

• Resourcing candidates

• Matching candidates to specific job roles

• Hit targets

The Benefits

• £22,000 to £40,000 (Depending on experience)

• Uncapped Commission

• 27 days holiday plus BH's

• 4pm finish everyday

The Candidate

• Construction recruitment experience

• You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build

• Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.

• Business development is essential

• Ability to build relationships with clients and maintain these

• Ability to match candidates to job specifications

• Exceptional communication skills

• Full UK driving license is essential
