THE OPPORTUNITY

A chance to excel your career as a recruitment consultant/manager and enter the business with the drive and motivation to make it your own and further grow out the office (currently 2 billing consultants and 1 admin).

This opportunity allows you to run your own desk in construction whilst handling the Manchester operation and team.

Working across a number of large PSLs to hit the ground running from day 1, whilst going out to increase client numbers and market share within existing clients.

This is a great chance for someone to take the reigns of the branch, put their mark on things and contribute to the growth of this ever growing business.

The business also runs on an EOT scheme (Employee Ownership Trust) – This means there are no shareholders, all employee owned. Meaning all employees benefit from £3.6k tax relief per/year and a share in the profits year on year.

THE BENEFITS

Up to £50k basic salary (DOE)

+ Company Car/Car Allowance (£5k per annum)

+ Guaranteed commission on starting

+ Commission (Up to 28% temp, Up to 20% perm).

ABOUT YOU

3+ years experience in Built environment recruitment is essential (construction, rail, M&E, technical)

Whether you are a senior consultant looking to take that next step in your career OR a current manager, this role would be suitable.
