THE OPPORTUNITY
The chance to join the business as a Recruitment Consultant covering Temp or Perm markets in any of the numerous industries (driving, industrial, commercial, automotive).
You will be tasked with running and building out your own desk in one of the given markets, by completing new business development and active headhunting techniques.
Operating on a hybrid model, you will be able to work from home 4 days a week, with the team meeting in the office 1 day a week (Wednesday).
THE BENEFITS
Basic salary – Up to £35,000
+ Commission Structure
Hybrid working model (4 days from home)

ABOUT YOU
1+ years 360 recruitment experience is essential.
Ideally, recruitment experience in the above sectors.
Confident, outgoing, motivated and a team player are key attributes.
Attitude and personality is KEY – Self motivated, good time management, a ‘get up and go’ attitude.
A want to succeed and a work smart, proactive outlook.
