We are able to offer a senior level role to expand a division and team around you!
THE OPPORTUNITY
Evolve the client base into commercial / finance recruitment markets.
Expand into new business clients the compliment your niche.
Grow the division around you – hiring beneath you with either resourcing support of consultants to manage.
Operate both temp and perm recruitment, giving you the flexibility and free reign to expand your desk/division and team the way you want (fully supported).

THE BENEFITS
£35,000 (DOE)
Generous commission structure @ 20%. Bill £20k per/m - Earn £4k comms.

Early finishes throughout the year, including a 4pm Friday finish in the summer months.

ABOUT YOU
Experience within commercial or finance ‘recruitment’ is a must have.
You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.
Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.
A want to succeed and a work smart, proactive outlook.
You will be advertising, headhunting and engaging with recruitment professionals on a daily basis.
Rapport building skills are the most valuable asset you will have.
