THE OPPORTUNITY

The chance to join this well-versed business as a senior recruitment consultant working across the catering sector in the temp market.

Jump on a WARM desk with 100 temps already there to work from day 1 and a client database to supply into.

You would be doing warm business development with pre-existing clients to understand further requirements they may have.

Working alongside another consultant on the desk to maintain the relationships with client and handling the workload to an efficient level whilst increasing the market share within legacy clients.

 

THE BENEFITS

Up to £35,000 basic salary (DOE)

Commission plan.

Free on-site parking

Free massages (1x per/month)

 

ABOUT YOU

Previous recruitment experience is essential within a TEMP market(1+ years).

Ideally catering, hospitality or events but open to other TEMP industries too.

Attitude is the key requirement - being motivated, ambitious, and passionate.

A desire to grow within a business, progress your career and achieve high earnings.
