THE OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity to join the business as a recruitment consultant working across niche PERM and Contract markets in the UK, US and European Tech market.

You will be provided the training, development, and support from a learning & development team with vast amounts of experience to help your grow both personally and professionally within the business and industry.

The chance to learn from industry experts in the technology field of recruitment, guiding you on how to work alongside candidates & clients as well as the ins-and-outs of recruitment.

This role will hold many progression opportunities into senior levels. The rewards financially in recruitment can be massive. It is not uncommon for established and experienced recruiters to be earning in excess of £100k per annum.

ABOUT YOU

2+ years sales experience (with demonstratable high performance) OR recruitment experience (open to any industry).

The right attitude is KEY – Team player, driven & self motivated, resilience and the want to learn and develop.

A confident person around conversations and relationship building.

Someone that has the determination and a real hunger to want to succeed in a thriving business.
