THE OPPORTUNITY

Join the family teams in St. Albans within either the Marketing or Finance team.

Both teams have a super-HOT desk – allowing you to get started from day1 with clients and requirements to work on, on desks that have generated up to £300k last year.

Clear progression opportunities that are based on performance (not time served) – you can progress super-fast, and the sky is the limit.

The business size can offer a range of career options, from non-billing managers through to international movers.

THE TEAM and OFFICE are a massive part of this business – newly refurbed office with free parking – as well as an office filled with likeminded, lovely, friendly people to be around, grow around and lean on.

Regular trips abroad and throughout the UK (2-3 times a year).

As well as monthly and quarterly incentives – there is always something to get the team together and reward people!

Commission (earn over £50k in your very first year).
