An international defence company operating across numerous countries (UK, Europe, Africa, Australasia and North America).
Providing life technical and engineering support for customers, improving performance and delivering critical services to defence and civil customers.
A business that designs and manufactures a range of defence and civil specialist equipment and providing integrated, technology enabled solutions to customers in areas like air defence, secure communications and electronic warfare.
Meeting customers key requirements such as availability, affordability and capability all through deliverance of front line and equipment support, training, product design, manufacturing, integration of these products.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The chance to join the business as a Recruitment Business Partner (RBP) to work alongside a massive client account in the defence industry.
Recruiting across white and blue collar manufacturing and engineering roles in both temp and perm markets.
You will be working onsite (a few days a week) to establish and build relationships with hiring managers.
Maintaining regular communications with hiring managers and the business unit leaders to understand requirements and feed these back to the dedicated delivery teams.
The delivery team will supply candidates back to you to then screen, in order to put them forward to the client.
As an RBP you will also be the main contact for growth and hiring strategy with the clients. Discussing and developing plans for the recruitment processes.

ABOUT YOU
Recruitment experience is essential (2+ years). Ideally within engineering or defence industries, but not essential.
Open to in-house and agency recruiters (DOE)
Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.
A want to succeed and a work smart, proactive outlook.
