THE OPPORTUNITY
To join in a management role with a team working underneath you.
Starting initially as a billing manager leading into a PURE management role.
You would be involved in training staff, personal development plans and development with clients and consultants.
This includes round the desk and classroom training for consultants.
You would be expected to have a good knowledge of the recruitment process and motivated to make sure requirements are met efficiently.
THE BENEFITS
£40,000 - £50,000 basic salary.

ABOUT YOU
Recruitment experience is a must at principal level or management level.
Someone looking for a step into management, having reach a glass ceiling would find this role ideal.
Any sector experience welcome as long as you have a firm grasp of recruitment best practice and a desire to pass on knowledge.
Attitude is the most critical factor, being highly motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
The ability to help in every situation and be confident in your work.
