THE OPPORTUNITY
An incredible chance to join a business in a Non-Billing Operations Manager role taking over a team of 11 consultants with plans to increase on this number by a further 2 early in 2023.
The team have specialist TEMP + PERM consultants, placing within Commercial and Professional services markets.
You will be tasked with training and developing new recruits that join the team, whilst further developing the established consultants already in place.
Your role will be varied in looking after recruiters of all levels, newbies and high performers. You will assist on client meetings, hand hold and develop as well as further encourage, plan and map for established consultants.
THE BENEFITS

- £65,000 Basic salary (up to).
- Bonus (Giving OTE Circa £80k-£100k).

ABOUT YOU
3+ years Recruitment Management experience is essential, ideally with a team budget of £500k+.
Experience in supporting & developing recruiters, whether experienced consultants or new to recruitment.
Attitude is the highly critical, whilst being motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
A desire to grow within a business and personally.
Ideal role to take your recruitment career into the right direction with the right company.
