THE OPPORTUNITY
The chance to join a thriving business as either a (senior) lettings negotiator OR as a student portfolio coordinator in their Nottingham office.
(Senior) Lettings negotiator:
You would be tasked with generating new business leads for rental properties in the local area using a host of platforms/techniques, building relationships with the landlord and maintain regular communications to keep them informed of the letting processes.
You would be handling inbound enquiries for viewings/valuations via platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla and more. Also managing the admin side of things, making sure the internal system is kept up to date with the relevant information.
Student Portfolio Coordinator:
This role would be separate from residential properties with a pure focus on student lettings/accommodation.
Your role would entail assisting the valuers relist properties, arranging the lets, handling any enquiries received from students or landlords.
The relationships you build will be key, both with Landlords and tenants. All the relevant admin will be completed and making sure relevant paperwork and documents are up to date and correct.

ABOUT YOU
6+ month experience as an Estate Agent, ideally on the lettings side but sales considered too.
You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.
