THE OPPORTUNITY
Become a remote working labour manager.
You will be assigned to designated labour sites where you would deal with trouble shooting, site requests, PPE, Labour supply.
These range from larger project sites such Darlington Station, York, Leeds, Hull through to Durham and Newcastle.
Your role will be supported by the wider internal recruitment team that can deal with the labour requirements needed on a daily basis.
This role would really suit someone looking to step away from a new business recruitment position and more into site management and labour management.
Be supported with a full base salary rather than having to rely on commission.

ABOUT YOU
You could be a resourcer, labour manager or 360 consultant - looking for a pure delivery/site management focused role.
Experience within construction/infrastructure recruitment is desired, however sectors such as industrial and high volume would be considered.
Organised and fast worker.
Desire for career growth and progression desirable.
Ideal role for someone looking to step into a fully delivery focused position away from a 360 sales role.
