THE OPPORTUNITY
To join the business as a labour manager ensuring personnel are recruited in line with company procedures via correct selection, interview processes and inductions.
Working across Highways, Energy, Construction and Aviation projects for several large market leading contractors.
Making sure sourced candidates have appropriate qualifications and competencies to fulfil all client’s requirements.
Tasked with developing and maintaining strong relations with clients via regular on-site visits and high communication levels.

ABOUT YOU
1+ years’ experience in Blue Collar Recruitment (Highways, Energy, Construction & Aviation).
