Recruitment Consultant = Accountancy
Location = South Cerney
Salary = £30k - £40k (depending on experience)

Having a dedicated support team assisting you to manage your diary, arrange interviews and assist with admin tasks.
Existing client relationships and a proven search and selection model this role becomes more 90-degree, giving you time and focus on making deals and money.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Inherit a desk that has achieved between £500,000 - £1,000,000 per/annum for the last few years.
The desk has become available due to the current recruiter (6.5 years’ service) relocating with family to Scotland and therefore being unable to continue working within the busine (sadly).
Placing qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA), who have trained in practice into a bigger and new business.
Nationwide recruitment and permanent placements.
The clients are there for you, the research team supplies you a consistent flow of quality candidates, the support team assists with your admin.
Your role is set to manage the process and guide candidates through the interviews to successful placements.

This desk has proven success and history of being a serious financially stable desk.
Giving you the London earnings from the beautiful countryside.
THE BENEFITS
Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 - depending on experience
Commission earnings
(realistic OTE of £100k+)

ABOUT YOU
Experience in recruitment is essential, ideally white-collar recruitment (not temp markets).
Must have experience motivating candidates and clients with sales experience.
Must be happy to be in office 5-days per/week in South Cerney.
Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow - develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
