To manage an existing team of six consultants covering a range of IT and Tech roles (contract).
As a team leader your focus will be:
70% management - business growth, team growth, support, mentoring and overall management duties.
30% assisting in sourcing (fresh eyes) where your team are struggling to ensure SLA’s are hit.
Your role is to mentor, teach, train, and develop the existing and new team members.

£30,000 – basic salary (up to) (DOE)
Commission scheme on team + Yearly Bonus + Benefits
Hybrid role for some time in the Manchester office and the rest homebased (the amount of days can be flexible).

IT/Tech ‘contract’ recruitment agency background is required/essential.
Some management experience would be ideal, but this could be mentoring a newbie, Resourcer or more.
