​THE AGENCY

An SME recruitment business specialising in logistics, manufacturing and automotive in the UK, with an extensive background stemming from years of working in the recruitment industry, along with a well-established network of candidates and clients.

A business that prides itself on keeping up with market trends, accommodating the evolving changes throughout the industry.

Working under the umbrella of a larger recruitment company, they are stable and have grown year on year since their inception 5+ years ago.

The business in their tenure have grown rapidly with yearly turnover of around £2M per year.

 

 

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

The chance to join the business in their office in Leamington Spa (Warwickshire), running the logistics division covering all things temporary and permanent recruitment.

You will have a number of existing clients to work with, but with the expectation to grow and develop a semi-cool desk.

This is then leading into an opportunity to become purely BD focused once the desk is built up and steadily generating numbers p/week.

You will then be sourcing and building strong relationships with new clients and driving the business forward as the MD’s ‘number 2’.

Take the step and put your mark on an established business, working towards gaining a ‘piece of the pie’ and becoming a vital team member within the operation.

Up to £45,000 basic salary (DOE)

ABOUT YOU

Experience within recruitment is essential (3+ years recruitment agency)

You will have strong BD experience in Driving, Logistics or Industrial.

Whether you are a 360 consultant or pure BD, both will be considered.

Efficient with time management, communication and the day to day handling of recruitment processes.

A want to succeed and a proactive outlook.
