The Role

  • Operating a 360 recruitment desk

  • Business development including sales calls, client meetings and site visits

  • Resourcing candidates

  • Matching candidates to specific job roles

  • Hit targets

The Benefits

  • £20,000 to £40,000 (negotiable for a very experienced consultant)

  • Uncapped commission starting at 10% rising to 30%

The Candidate

  • Construction recruitment experience

  • Ability to match candidates to job specifications

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Full UK driving license is essential
