THE OPPORTUNITY
The chance to join the business as a recruitment consultant across one of the STEM sectors the business specialises in the head office in Newcastle.
Tasked with performing new business development, sourcing candidates for client requirements and building strong relationships with clients.
The business has a true emphasise on career progression – providing clear pathways on how to progress through the business and gain promotions right through to management/directorships.
An incredible chance to work with a team that can offer support and development by passing along their expertise and knowledge of specific markets.
AVAILABLE ROLES
Team Lead / Managing consultant – Engineering = (Up to £45k)
Junior recruitment – IT/TECH = (£25k)
Recruitment Consultant – Supply Chain = (Up to £35k)
Principal/Senior Consultant – Marketing = (Up to £35k)
Principal/Senior Consultant – HR = (Up to £35k)
Research Consultant – (delivery only) = (Up to £27k)

ABOUT YOU
Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally within a professional market (1+ years). Unless junior role, you can have a sales background for this role.
Driving License is required.
